The annual plan ($250 USD / year) focuses on hosting, maintenance, security monitoring and technical support, with only minor updates included — such as contact details, logo changes, a few image replacements and small text edits. Major edits, redesigns and new features are excluded from the annual plan.

Yes. The monthly plan renews every month and the annual plan renews every 12 months, at the same price, until you cancel. There is no long-term contract.

Email info@vocaia24.com from the address used at checkout, before your next renewal date, to avoid the next charge. We confirm cancellation in writing. Service continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Full cancellation and refund conditions are in the Terms of Service.

Cancelling stops future charges. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any rights you have under applicable law — for example duplicate charges, billing errors or a statutory withdrawal right.

For new websites, design and build are provided under the agreed service terms as part of your subscription. Major edits, redesigns and new features are excluded from the annual plan and quoted separately before any work starts.

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. We need your cooperation to configure DNS.
