Key subscription terms — summary

• Service: the Monthly Website Management subscription ($350 USD / month) or the Annual Website Hosting & Maintenance subscription ($250 USD / year).
• Price: $350 USD / month or $250 USD / year, billed in advance. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment.
• Type: recurring subscription. Billing starts on the day you complete checkout.
• Automatic renewal: the monthly plan renews every month; the annual plan renews every 12 months, in each case at the same price until cancelled.
• Cancel: email info@vocaia24.com before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Service continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: see section 8 and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

1. Who we are and scope

These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of the VOCAIA24 website and service, contactable at info@vocaia24.com ("we", "us"). VOCAIA24 is the trading name under which the service is offered.

These Terms cover (a) where agreed, the design and development of your website ("Website Project") and (b) the ongoing subscription you choose ("Subscription"): the Monthly Website Management or the Annual Website Hosting & Maintenance. Website design is provided under these Terms as part of the Subscription unless a separate written proposal states otherwise.

Customers. Where you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply regardless of anything in these Terms.

Earlier customers. If you subscribed before this version was published, the terms you accepted at that time continue to govern the periods you paid under them. Changes in this version apply to you only as described under "Changes to these Terms".

When the contract is formed

The contract is formed when you complete payment on the Stripe checkout page after accepting these Terms and we send you a confirmation by email. We may decline an order before that point, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.

Order of precedence

If documents conflict, the following apply in this order: (1) a written proposal individually agreed and signed by both parties; (2) the checkout summary you accepted; (3) the plan description on our Pricing page; (4) these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes affecting an active Subscription will be notified by email at least 30 days before they apply, and take effect from your next renewal. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the renewal. The version you accepted at checkout continues to govern your current paid period.

2. Services

• Technical support by email
• No long-term contract — renews every 12 months, cancel any time

Website design, revisions and content edits

Where an initial website design is included, the scope — including the number of pages, features and revision rounds — will be agreed in writing before work begins.

The Monthly Website Management includes unlimited website edits and content updates throughout each billing month.

The Annual Website Hosting & Maintenance includes minor updates only, such as contact details, logo changes, a few image replacements and small text edits. Major edits, redesigns and new features are excluded from the annual plan. We may occasionally make additional changes as a courtesy, at our discretion; such courtesy changes do not create an ongoing entitlement. Additional work may be quoted in advance and will only be carried out with your approval.

Not included

For the annual plan: major edits, redesigns and new features. For both plans: additional pages beyond the included scope, e-commerce, custom integrations, copywriting, photography, paid third-party licences, domain registration fees and email hosting are not included unless agreed in writing. Out-of-scope work is quoted in advance and only performed after your written approval.

Support and response times

Support is provided by email to info@vocaia24.com on business days. We aim to reply promptly but do not guarantee a specific response or resolution time.

Hosting, availability and backups

We use reasonable care to keep your website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, as hosting depends on third-party infrastructure (Lovable (lovable.dev), running on Cloudflare's global network). We do not promise a specific backup schedule or uptime level; you should keep your own copies of content you supply.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales or absolute security.

3. Price, taxes and payment

The price depends on your plan: $350 USD / month (Monthly Website Management) or $250 USD / year (Annual Website Hosting & Maintenance), payable in advance. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. There is no separate setup fee unless agreed in a written proposal.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge and we will contact you to update your payment method. If payment remains outstanding 14 days after our notice, we may suspend the service (see section 12). We will not charge any amount you have not authorised.

Price changes

We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change, which applies from your next renewal. You may cancel before it takes effect.

4. Automatic renewal

Both plans are recurring subscriptions with no long-term contract. The Monthly Website Management automatically renews every month at $350 USD / month until you cancel. The Annual Website Hosting & Maintenance automatically renews every 12 months at $250 USD / year until you cancel.

By ticking the renewal acknowledgement before checkout you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the plan price on each renewal until you cancel. Where applicable law requires a renewal notice or reminder, we will provide it as required. Otherwise, we may send a courtesy reminder before renewal, but we do not guarantee it, and the absence of a courtesy reminder does not affect your right to cancel. Your renewal date is one month (monthly plan) or one year (annual plan) after your checkout date. You can keep a copy of these Terms by printing or saving this page. This authorisation applies only to subscriptions started after you accept this version; it does not authorise any earlier payment.

5. Cancellation

• Cancel at any time by emailing info@vocaia24.com with "Cancel subscription" and the email address used at checkout, or via the contact page. No phone call or documents are required.
• We confirm cancellation by email. If you do not receive confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us again.
• To prevent the next renewal, cancel before your renewal date. A request received before the renewal date stops that renewal.
• After cancellation, service continues until the end of the paid period, then hosting ends as described in section 12.
• If a renewal is charged shortly before or at the same time as a cancellation request, contact us — we will review it fairly under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• We use the timestamp of receipt of your cancellation request to determine whether it was received before the scheduled renewal. If a renewal payment has already been processed, any refund will be assessed under our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law. This does not affect any mandatory cancellation or refund rights.
• Cancelling future renewals and entitlement to a refund are separate matters (see section 8).

6. Consumer withdrawal rights

EU and UK consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for services, starting from the day the contract is formed. We only begin work during that period if you expressly ask us to. If you do and later withdraw, you keep your right to withdraw but may have to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied up to that point. Starting work does not by itself remove your withdrawal right. Use our model withdrawal form or any clear statement.

US and Canadian consumers have the rights given by applicable federal, state and provincial law, including automatic-renewal and cancellation laws. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

Business customers acting for commercial purposes do not have a statutory withdrawal right unless the law of their jurisdiction provides one.

7. Payment disputes

If you have a billing question, believe a charge is wrong or duplicated, or suspect an unauthorised transaction, please contact info@vocaia24.com so we can investigate quickly. This does not limit your right to dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, payments for periods already started are not refundable. Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded. Statutory withdrawal rights for initial purchases (section 6), cancellations near a renewal (section 5) and termination by us for reasons other than your breach (section 12) are handled as described in those sections.

9. Intellectual property, domains and transfer

• You keep ownership of all content, logos and materials you supply, and confirm you have the right to use them.
• Once the fees for the relevant period are paid, you may use the custom design and content we create for your website without time limit. Our pre-existing tools, templates and third-party components remain ours or their licensors', and are licensed to you for use with your website.
• Your domain name is registered in your name and remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your domain.
• You may move your website to another provider. On request we provide an export of your content and files where technically possible. Any cost for migration work beyond a standard export is quoted in advance.
• The right to use the custom website design does not guarantee that the website can be exported as a fully self-hosted, standalone copy or operated independently of third-party platforms. Export options depend on the technology used and the applicable third-party licences.
• We may show your website in our portfolio only with your separate permission.

10. Hosting, DNS and third parties

Your website files, our hosting environment, your domain registration, DNS records and SSL certificates are separate components. You control your domain and DNS unless you give us access. If DNS records are changed or misconfigured, your domain may stop pointing to your website. We rely on third-party providers (including Lovable (lovable.dev), running on Cloudflare's global network and Stripe) and are not responsible for their failures beyond our reasonable control.

11. Your obligations and acceptable use

You agree to give accurate information and timely content and approvals; keep your credentials secure; cooperate with domain/DNS configuration and troubleshooting; and not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive or harmful content or activity. You are responsible for legal notices specific to your business and for personal data you collect through your website.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate the service, after notice where reasonably possible, for non-payment, material breach, unlawful use, security risks or abuse of infrastructure. After termination or expiry we keep your website files for 30 days so you can request an export, then delete them unless law requires otherwise. Outstanding amounts remain due; any refund required by law will be paid.

If we discontinue the Subscription or terminate it for reasons other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund the prepaid portion attributable to the period after termination, where applicable and subject to mandatory law.

13. Warranties and liability

We will perform the services with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you supply, to the extent those claims are attributable to your content, your actions or your breach of these Terms.

14. Complaints, governing law and disputes

Send complaints to info@vocaia24.com. We will acknowledge and aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts or use out-of-court dispute resolution available to you.
