- Your website files run on hosting we manage. We monitor it but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, since we depend on third-party infrastructure.
- Updates
- Software, content and security updates applied as part of your plan. The monthly plan includes unlimited edits and content updates each billing month; the annual plan includes minor updates only.
- Support
- Email support at our support address. We aim to respond promptly; response time is not a guaranteed resolution time.
- Domains & DNS
- Your domain stays yours. If DNS records are changed or misconfigured, your domain may stop pointing to your site — we'll help you fix it.
- Backups
- Backup and restoration arrangements are described in the Terms of Service.
- Third parties
- Hosting, SSL, payment and other providers are outside our full control. We disclose the ones we use.

Cancel any time before your next renewal date by emailing info@vocaia24.com; cancellation stops future renewals and service continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
