Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to both subscription plans: the Monthly Website Management ($350 USD / month, renewing every month) and the Annual Website Hosting & Maintenance ($250 USD / year, renewing every 12 months) until cancelled. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling future renewals

Email info@vocaia24.com with "Cancel subscription" and the email used at checkout, before your renewal date. We confirm in writing. Your service continues until the end of the period you have paid for and you will not be charged again.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund. Cancellation stops future charges; whether you receive money back depends on the rules below.

When refunds apply

Initial subscription charge

EU/UK consumers who withdraw within 14 days are refunded, minus a proportionate amount for services already provided at their express request during that period. Other customers who cancel within 14 days of the initial charge and before design work has started receive a full refund; after work has started, see "Work completed" below.

Automatic renewal charges

If you contact us soon after a renewal charge that you did not intend, we will review your request fairly, taking into account whether you received a renewal reminder and whether you have used the renewed service. Renewals are not automatically non-refundable. Where applicable law gives you a right to a refund of a renewal, we will honour it.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

Always refunded in full once verified.

Service failure

If we materially fail to provide the service and do not fix it within a reasonable time after you notify us, you may be entitled to a proportionate refund or other remedy under the Terms and applicable law.

Termination or discontinuation by us

If we discontinue the Subscription or terminate it for reasons other than your breach of the Terms of Service, we will refund the prepaid portion attributable to the period after termination, where applicable and subject to mandatory law.

Work completed and third-party costs

Custom design and development already performed, and non-recoverable third-party costs incurred with your approval, may be deducted from a refund except where law requires otherwise.

Otherwise

Except as above, as required by law, or as agreed in writing, payments for subscription periods already started are not refundable. This never limits your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 14 days of approval. Bank processing times may vary.
